How to Use the Site
Working in partnership
Thank you for taking the time to read these notes and familiarizing yourself with our employment offer. We know from experience that the first impressions of an opportunity count for a lot and we rely on consultancies and agencies to give an honest and interesting account of the roles we need to fill. We hope this site will help us to achieve a relationship with our candidates and our retained recruitment advisers that is based on trust and open dialogue. It’s already clear that when we work in true partnership, everyone benefits.
Open dialogue
We are committed to giving you the information you need to engage with high-caliber candidates and we need you to be equally open with us. If you are unsure about anything, whether it’s some detail of the role or the suitability of a particular candidate, let’s talk about it. Also, we are interested to hear about significant changes in the market, whether it’s an increase in competition for a particular skill or remuneration trends. If we are going to work together to hire the best people for J.P. Morgan, we need to understand each other.
Candidate feedback
We would be particularly interested in hearing any comments from you or from candidates (good or bad) about our reputation as an employer. This is particularly important if you can see a pattern emerging, detrimental or otherwise. We would also welcome feedback about candidates’ experiences of our recruitment process. We are committed to continuous improvement in our talent strategy: wherever an issue or problem is identified, we will work hard to address it.
Role summaries
Information on this site should be considered alongside an approved J.P. Morgan role summary; both sources should be used in drawing up assignment proposals. If you have any questions about any recruitment assignment, please contact your primary contact at J.P. Morgan. If they can’t answer your question, they will know someone who can!
